Coval
Forward Coval voice/chat agent evaluation traces into Muster for deeper debugging.
Coval is a simulation and evaluation platform for AI voice and chat agents. Coval natively forwards traces to Muster (langfuse), so every Coval evaluation also lands in your Muster project.
Setup
- Get Muster credentials — sign up at your Muster instance and grab the Secret Key, Public Key, and Host URL.
- Configure Coval — open Coval dashboard → Menu → Organization → Manage → Langfuse Integration. Paste in the credentials and save.
- Run an evaluation on Coval — traces stream to Muster automatically.

Coval shows metrics in the conversation context. Muster lets you debug specific messages, iterate on prompts, and join with the rest of your production traces.
