Mixpanel
Stream Muster trace, generation, and score events to Mixpanel for product analytics.
The Mixpanel integration lets you visualize Muster (langfuse) LLM metrics inside Mixpanel dashboards.
How it works
Muster syncs data to Mixpanel hourly (with a ~30-minute delay). Three event types are sent — traces, generations, and scores — each with relevant metadata: user IDs, timestamps, costs, latency, custom tags.
Users are matched via Muster user_id ↔ Mixpanel distinct_id. You can
optionally add Mixpanel session IDs to Muster trace metadata for tighter
session correlation.
Setup
- Enable the integration in Muster project settings — pick the Mixpanel region (US, EU, or India).
- Add your project token — find it in Mixpanel under Project Settings → Project Token, paste it into Muster.
- Choose the export source — "Enriched observations (recommended)" provides the best performance.
- Build dashboards — Mixpanel ships an "AI Company KPIs" template, or create custom views.
